The ingredients of the recipe
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 cup canned peas
- 1⁄2 cup canned corn
- dressing
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup almonds, chopped
Preparation
Cook 1 cup of rice in slightly salted water.
Cool.
Add the vegetables.
Mix together and add the dressing ingredients.
Mix and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Just before serving, add almonds.
